Orlando Mass Shooting – Trump Caught Plagiarizing A Tweet From His Own Advisor

Donald Trump gives us another reason why he is unqualified to be president.

As we have all heard by now, 50 people are dead in Orlando after a gunman walked into a gay night club and committed the worst mass shooting in American history.

Of course, conservatives were quick to blame President Obama and all Muslims around the world.

Not long after hearing the news, Trump gloated on Twitter about being “right” about terrorism even as first responders were still retrieving the bodies of the slain.

Then on Sunday afternoon, Trump tweeted a “report” claiming that the shooter shouted “Allah hu Akbar!” while shooting people.

Now make sure you read that Trump tweet very carefully because you’ll definitely want to compare it to the next one.

Trump’s tweet appears to be a near-exact copy of a tweet posted by Fox News counterterrorism “expert” Sebastian Gorka, who also happens to be Trump’s own national security consultant.

On Sunday morning, Gorka agreed with Fox host Tucker Carlson that President Obama is to blame for the mass shooting even though he wasn’t the one who pulled the trigger.

Gorka later posted this tweet.

And CNN’s Brian Stelter noticed the similarities between the two tweets.

Stelter also reported that Gorka is a paid stooge for Trump.

As the day wore on, Gorka eventually called for President Obama to declare war on ISIS.

As a national security “expert” you would think Gorka would know that only Congress has the power to declare war, and last time I checked, Congress is controlled by Republicans who have refused to pass a declaration of war against ISIS. It turns out President Obama is fighting ISIS without help from Republicans by ordering airstrikes, which have been successful at taking out ISIS leaders. But the president is still limited at what he can do because Republicans are sitting on their hands. Of course, ISIS wouldn’t exist in the first place had President Bush not weakened the region by unnecessarily invading Iraq.

Frankly, the fact that Trump copied and pasted a tweet from one of his lackeys is not nearly as concerning as the fact that his national security consultant thinks the president has the power to declare war even though the Constitution specifically limits that power to Congress. Just imagine if Trump were president now. We’d be at war with everybody.
