Bernie Sanders is a has-been, failure politician. He now enjoys getting attention on the news by insulting Donald Trump. In an interview with Jake Tapper on CNN’s ‘State of the Union’ he spent the whole time insulting Trump. “I have to say this, Jake. And I don’t mean to be disrespectful, but this guy is a fraud.”
“This guy ran for president of the United States saying ‘I, Donald Trump, am going to take on Wall Street. These guys are getting away with murder. Then suddenly he appoints all these billionaires — his major financial advisor comes from Goldman Sachs — and now he will dismantle legislation that protects consumers,” said Sanders.
“This is a guy saying, ‘I’m the only Republican, I’m not going to cut Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid,’ and then he appoints all of the guys that will precisely cut Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid,” continued Sanders.
“I hope that all of those folks who voted for Mr. Trump because he thought he would stand up for working people…Man, he is a good showman, I’ll give him that,” said Sanders.
He continued to insult Trump by calling him an authoritarian. “Men and woman did not stand up, fight, and die, to lead us in the direction of an authoritarian society. We’re a democracy, not a one man show. It’s the United States of America. We’re not a business run by Mr. Trump,” said Sanders. The problem with what Bernie Sanders is saying is that he can’t expect Trump to solve every problem after just two weeks. He has already accomplish much of what he promised. So when Bernie Sanders complains, nothing changes, Trump continues to do his job.
